Good as vintage.
Because of the old and used item,
the products may have a rust and damages.
Occasionally,
the knife is slightly bent.
Please check the photos.
I cleaned and sharpened up this knife by using whetstone.
And now I'm satisfied with the blade condition.
The blade is enough sharp to use normally though.
I have tested the blade by cutting test paper after sharpened.
There may be some stain,
rust or damage.ツ

[ General information ] Nakiri boucho and usuba boucho are Japanese-style vegetable knives.
They differ from the deba bouchoツin their shape,
as they have a straight blade edge suitable for cutting all the way to the cutting board without the need for a horizontal pull or push.
These knives are also much thinner.
While the deba bouchoツis a heavy blade for easy cutting through thin bones,
the blade is not suitable for chopping vegetables,
as the thicker blade can break the vegetable slice.
The nakiri bouchoツand the usuba bouchoツhave a much thinner blade.
This does not help with cutting small bones in fish or meat,
but is useful for cutting vegetables.
